Stal Kuwait ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of every visitor to this website and every client of our facility. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect information you give us directly: your name, contact details, horse details, and any other information you submit through our boarding inquiry form, tour booking form, or by emailing us. We do not use tracking or analytics cookies. The only cookie this website sets is an optional one that remembers your language choice (English or Dutch).
We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry, to manage your boarding or other services with us, and to communicate with you about your horse's care. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We process your data on the basis of (a) the contract or pre-contract relationship between you and Stal Kuwait, (b) our legitimate interests in running a horse boarding facility, and (c) your consent where we ask for it.
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request. We keep client records for the duration of your contract with us plus seven years for legal and accounting reasons.
